A Seneca man has been identified as the person who lost his life in a motorcycle crash in Norway Tuesday night. The county coroner’s office named him as 50-year-old Burl T. Owen. Sheriff’s deputies say he put his motorcycle on its side after a deer went into the road. The crash happened on County Highway 3 near 2653rd in Norway.
