An Ottawa man allegedly stole a car from Ottawa, crashed it into the gate at the National Guard training site in Marseilles, and then crashed again into a culvert south of Seneca. LaSalle County deputies arrested 22-year old Lamont C. Adams Tuesday morning. He’s charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. He’ll be in court again June 18th to find out if a grand jury has approved that charge or others. Judge Cynthia Raccuglia set bond for Adams at $100,000.
