Ottawa High School students need to return textbooks and laptop computers, if they have those, this week. Supt. Mike Cushing says they would have done it last week. But the flood required that the school stay closed. So returning things to the school was delayed to this week. The high school is closed whenever flood water makes Green St. impassable.
