The state has run the Illinois Job Link web site for many years. During the coronavirus pandemic, it made public what looks like a revamp called Get Hired Illinois.
Like its predecessor, Get Hired Illinois lets employers post job openings and employees can post resumes. There are also links to information about job fairs.
St. Rep. Lance Yednock says the state has provided resources for many workers who are out of work. The Ottawa Democrat says the new web site is a great preliminary step forward toward economic recovery.
