Gov. Pritzker has modified phase three of the state’s reopening plan. Under the changes restaurants would be able to serve people sitting outside. All state parks would reopen and people could go boating or camping in groups of ten and under. All stores would reopen for in-person shopping with safety guidelines and limited capacity. The state could enter phase three at the end of the next week.
