St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ottawa is resuming some services that were suspended because of the pandemic. The hospital’s announcement Tuesday says patients will get COVID-19 testing 72 hours in advance. Non-emergency procedures that were cancelled or postponed are being put back on the schedule, along with newly scheduled procedures. OSF Healthcare says it’s phasing things in because it needs to make sure there are enough protective goggles, masks, and gloves for everyone.
