The Marseilles City Council approved a budget last week for the fiscal year that started this month. Mayor Jim Hollenbeck says the pandemic might end up changing things though.
The city plans to spend $2.46-million and expects $2.94-million in revenue. Hollenbeck says the budget can be amended if need be. He says department heads have been told to only spend on needs.
