The Illinois Department of Public Health says there are 40 corona virus cases at the Aperion Care home in Marseilles. One of them has died. The company and the state are updating their figures at different times. The home, formerly known as Rivershores, is listed on the company’s web site as having 31 patients and two staff affected by the virus.
Other Aperion facilities in the area have not had corona virus cases, according to the company. The state is also not listing any of them as having been affected.
