The LaSalle County Environmental Services and Land Use Department will have the next scheduled electronics recycling event—as scheduled. The March event was cancelled because of Gov. Pritzker’s shutdown orders. At the Saturday, June 6 event, people may expect to see recycling staff wearing gloves and masks to protect themselves from the corona virus. To keep the line moving and to avoid a long backup, the department requires that people dropping things off register in advance for a drop-off time. The department can be contacted at 815-434-8666.
