A 71-year old Ottawa man has been missing since Thursday night. Ottawa police say that’s when Thomas E. Thompson was seen walking north in the 1000 block of LaSalle St.
Thompson walks with a cane, stands about six feet tall, and weighs about 170 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. Police say he may have an altered mental state.
