The Streator Salvation Army is open and available to help people in need. Director Judy Booze thinks there’s confusion because the resale shop is currently closed. She says if people need help with rent, food, or medicine they can contact her for assistance.
Applications are kept confidential. To set up an appointment call 815-672-2746. The hours are from nine to three Monday through Friday.
