St. Rep. David Welter is collecting breath masks to give to whoever needs them. The Morris Republican is inviting people to drop them off at his office at 1715 N. Division St. in Morris from ten to noon Monday through Friday.
Welter says people who make masks can put them in plastic bags and take them to his office. He says medical grade masks shouldn’t go there. They should go to hospitals or doctors’ offices instead.
