A highway project starts Tuesday on Norris Dr. or U.S. 6 in Ottawa. The Illinois Department of Transportation says the highway will be resurfaced and sidewalks will get work done. The work is being done from Boyce Memorial Dr. to the Fox River. It’ll take until early fall.
During the project, there’ll be lane closures. IDOT says access to the homes and businesses will be maintained with brief interruptions.
