LaSalle County Health Officials say a man in his fifties is the 23rd confirmed case in the county. Meanwhile eight people with the virus have recovered. The state announced 1,222 new cases Tuesday and 74 new deaths. The state has 23,247 total cases and 868 deaths. Health officials say people are to assume they’ve been exposed to the virus and stay home as much as possible.
