A 41 year old female was found unresponsive in Marilla Park in Streator this morning just before 4am. Streator police discovered the body on routine patrol. Streator fire and EMS did respond shortly after 4am and the woman was taken OSF St Elizabeth where she was pronounced dead.
No foul play is suspected. A name will not be released until next of kin are notified.
